VIDEOGRAPHER POSITION

We’re a small, innovative video production business operating out of the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
We pride ourselves on creating beautiful, engaging property videos and exciting content for real estate agencies and industry leading brands.
Our studio is a high energy space which is highly encouraging of creativity and constantly looking to raise the bar within our industry - all whilst having plenty of fun.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This position is ideal for a creative videographer who thrives in a dynamic, energetic, and collaborative team environment.
You’re required to capture aesthetic and high quality footage for real-estate and architectural brands, using a variety of camera techniques and gimbal movements. You will need to coordinate and direct talent that guarantees a polished on-screen presence.
Your role also extends to the task of editing. Utilizing a diverse set of editing techniques, you will craft videos that precisely meet the brand's brief and uphold our commitment to high-quality content.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with AC Media team members and clients to ensure that the creative direction and objectives outlined in the brief are accurately translated into the final video product. Effective communication is paramount, requiring you to engage with both internal team members and clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and make necessary revisions when needed.
We're seeking someone who is flexible, a team player, and adaptable—someone capable of collaborating seamlessly within the AC Media team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Produce visually appealing and high-quality video footage using advanced camera techniques and equipment.

Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

Experience in operating DJI Drones, Sony or Canon Mirrorless Camera systems & DJI (Or equivalent) Stabilisers.

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in handling various shooting scenarios.

A passion for storytelling through video and a creative mindset.

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Highly organised and punctual - regarding shoots, resources and timelines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and multiple clients simultaneously.

Respond promptly to feedback, making necessary revisions to meet deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A tertiary education in Videography, Film Production, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.
