We’re Hiring: Photo Editor (with Video Editing Capabilities)

‍We’re on the lookout for a skilled Photo Editor to join the photography division at AC Media — one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing real estate marketing agencies.

This isn’t just a retouch-and-send role. You’ll be the final layer of quality control, ensuring every campaign that leaves our hands is sharp, consistent, and on brand. While the role is primarily focused on photography, having the ability to assist with video editing when needed is a strong advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing:

‍Retouching and refining real estate and architectural imageryApplying quality control across all outgoing photography work

Liaising with photographers and the operations team to ensure seamless, on-time deliveryAttending to client feedback promptly and efficiently

Assisting with basic video edits when required

Ensuring every project meets our high creative and professional standards

‍What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in a similar role (real estate or architecture preferred)

Strong proficiency with Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, and Premiere ProDeep understanding of real estate photography workflows and visual standards

Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration

A sharp eye for detail and pride in delivering polished, premium work

Bonus points for video editing fluency and a solid grasp of post-production workflows

‍Based at our Collingwood office

‍Full-time position with flexibility around deadlines and workloads

Involves working alongside our offshore editing team, handling revisions, feedback, and last-stage polish
